About Laser Genesis/InnerLift
Laser Genesis and Innerlift are warm, comfortable laser treatments that are safe for all skin types. Due to the longer wavelength, this laser is unlikely to trigger pigmentation in darker skin types unlike many other laser devices on the market.
The laser treats deep into the dermis to target fine lines, acne, acne scarring, enlarged pores, redness and flushing, and minor pigmentation. When done in a series, clients noted a nice change in their skin with no downtime. Depending on the individual’s concerns, laser skin rejuvenation can be combined with other treatments for quicker results.
How it works
Using laser energy, we are able to safely heat up the deeper layers of the skin, which creates a controlled injury in the tissue. This kick starts the repair process in the dermal layer ultimately tightening the skin, enhancing skin texture, reducing the appearance of fine lines, and enlarged pores, and lightening pigmentation.
The heat from the laser can also constrict blood vessels, which combats redness and rosacea.

FAQ
How many treatments are needed?
We always recommend a minimum of 6-10 treatments, but depending on the individual, this may be slightly less or more. Maintenance is always suggested after your initial series of treatments.
Are the treatments comfortable?
Yes! That’s one of the great things about laser skin rejuvenation is the treatments are very comfortable. You will feel warmth, but it is very tolerable.
How much is each treatment?
Is there any downtime or any restrictions post treatment?
You can return to all normal activities post procedure. Your skin may feel warm and look slightly flushed, but this will dissipate over a few hours after you leave the clinic. We are happy to apply cold compress to calm any heat and always apply the appropriate serums, moisturizers, and sunscreen before you leave. The use of a medical grade sunscreen is always recommended on any treated areas that are exposed to the sun. Remember sunscreen should be worn January to December not only on “sunny” days.
